Ayurveda Course
4 Weeks | $175
Balancing our life on all levels - body, mind and soul - might feel overwhelming. Starting with diet, there are so many offerings. Paleo, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, keto, how to choose? As I started to pay attention to what I was cooking for my firstborn more than 20 years ago, I looked at many different options. It was at that moment that I was introduced to Ayurveda. With Ayurveda, it became natural to cook balanced, healthy, and nourishing meals for my family and me.

Yoga Classes
Fundamentals Yoga
The class includes stretch and physical exercises, breathing awareness, and relaxation. You will improve strength, and flexibility, and will learn to manage your health and lifestyle through enhanced awareness. The class is suitable for all ages and all kinds of flexibility.
Gentle Yoga
The class is based on the Hatha Yoga style. This means that all the Gentle Yoga stretches and poses have their foundation in the correct alignment and structure to bring you the most benefits. Gentle Yoga cleans and strengthens the respiratory system, stretches the body, loosen up stiff joints, increase flexibility, and tone the muscles, bringing peace to the mind.
Classic Hatha Yoga
Ideal for yoga newcomers and long-term practitioners who look for spirituality beyond the practice. This class starts with a short meditation regarding a philosophical aspect of yoga (for example prana or life force, Yamas and Niyamas, personal tips regarding self-care, and being aligned with the world; samadhi or self-realization). Followed by Asanas (poses), Pranayama (breathwork), and Savasana (final relaxation).

Support Group
Every Other Wednesday
When adult children leave the house, we mothers might feel on a roller coaster of emotions: excitement, sadness, happiness, fear, and anxiety. We are witnessing our children living their own life without us. We can worry about it. Sometimes we feel ok, sometimes we don’t.
This support group is a place for those seeking clarity on this new chapter. Below is the organization of the meeting:
1 facilitator: Sophie Malahieude
1 meeting every other Wednesday
1-hour length
5-10 min: Presentation of each member
5-10 min: Guided meditation
30-40 min: Sharing time. Everyone has the opportunity to speak, ask, and support others
10 min: we finish with some takeaways to continue our personal growth.
