In this 60-minute interactive workshop, you'll explore how mindful eating supports not only physical vitality but also helps manage emotional distress and restore inner balance.

You'll learn about the six tastes and how to balance your meal to restore balance. It's not a nutrition lecture, but rather simple guidance that makes a difference in your well-being.  The session includes real-life case stories, mindful eating exercises, and easy-to-apply techniques to develop a relationship with the food that nourishes both your body and mind.
