Women’s Wellness Retreat
Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sunday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
With Olivia & Sophie
Join us for a rejuvenating two-day retreat designed for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, restore their inner balance, and nourish both body and mind. Nestled in a peaceful setting, this weekend offers a blend of movement, breath, reflection, and community.
Saturday begins with an opening circle and intention-setting, followed by a grounding yoga session and an introduction to the healing wisdom of Ayurveda. We'll cook together and enjoy a nourishing lunch before diving into an afternoon of somatic yoga, breathwork, meditation, and heartfelt sharing.
Sunday invites you to begin with walking meditation, a gentle Ayurvedic yoga flow, and a creative crafting session to express your inner journey. After lunch, we’ll slow down with Yoga Nidra and close with a final sharing circle.
This retreat is a space to soften, listen, and awaken to your inner wisdom, surrounded by supportive women, whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or simply time to pause.

Meet Olivia Reid, co-host of this event:
Somatic Healing Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200)
Olivia fell in love with yoga for how it felt, not just physically, but also mentally. She is a strong believer in the body’s ability to heal itself and has studied somatic healing techniques, particularly those focused on nervous system regulation, utilizing yoga, breathwork, meditation, and intuitive body movement. She is also a certified personal trainer and works with clients 1-on-1 weekly, both in person and virtually, towards various wellness goals. More than anything, Olivia loves the practice of helping others help themselves,
